Privacy Policy

1. Controller

The controller responsible for data processing on this website within the meaning of the GDPR is:

Staffix GmbH, Max-Planck-Straße 7, 76829 Landau, Germany
Represented by the Managing Director Jan Greichgauer
Email: datenschutz@staffix.de

2. General & SSL/TLS encryption

We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with statutory data-protection regulations (GDPR, German BDSG) and this privacy policy.

For security reasons this website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the “https://” in your browser’s address bar.

3. Hosting & server log files

This website is hosted by Strato AG, Pascalstraße 10, 10587 Berlin, Germany. A data-processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) is in place with the provider.

When the pages are accessed, access data is automatically processed in server log files: IP address, date and time, file/page requested, volume of data transferred, referrer URL, and browser and operating-system information. The purpose is secure, stable operation and abuse prevention. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Log files are deleted once they are no longer needed for the purpose (generally after 30 days at the latest).

4. Embedded assets of the Azerus design system

Design elements (stylesheets, scripts, icons) are loaded from the group-owned domain link.staffix.de of the Azerus group (also hosted at Strato AG). This technically transmits your IP address, which is necessary to deliver the content (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The house typeface “Inter” is self-hosted and transmits no data to third parties.

5. Fonts (Adobe Fonts)

For headings we use the typeface “All Round Gothic” via the Adobe Fonts service of Adobe Systems Software Ireland Limited (4–6 Riverwalk, Citywest Business Campus, Dublin 24, Ireland). Loading the font causes your browser to connect to Adobe servers, transmitting your IP address. This may involve a transfer to the USA, which Adobe bases on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a consistent, appealing presentation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Details: Adobe Fonts & privacy.

6. Contact form

If you write to us via the contact form, we process the data you provide (name, email address, message) to handle your request. Technical delivery is handled via an Azerus-group endpoint (link.staffix.de) using Microsoft Graph (Microsoft 365); Microsoft acts as a processor in this respect. A transfer to the USA cannot be ruled out and is based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or (f) GDPR (interest in responding to enquiries). The data is deleted once your request has been fully dealt with and no statutory retention obligations apply.

7. Cookies & analytics

Without your consent, this website sets no consent-requiring cookies and transmits no data to analytics services. Only the technically necessary connection data described in section 3 is processed and — once you decide in the cookie notice — your consent choice is stored locally in your browser. A full overview of all storage used can be found in our cookie overview.

For audience measurement we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) — but only after your explicit consent via the cookie notice (Google Consent Mode v2, IP anonymisation enabled, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Before consent, no analytics cookies are set and no data is transmitted to Google; a transfer to the USA is possible and is based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. You can allow or decline individual categories granularly and withdraw any consent at any time with effect for the future via the cookie settings.

8. Your rights

You have the right, at any time, to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR). You may withdraw any consent at any time (Art. 7(3) GDPR).

To exercise these rights, a message to datenschutz@staffix.de is sufficient. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR).

9. Right to object

Where we process data on the basis of legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), you have the right to object to such processing at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation.
